> Celestia Events is an event management company in Hyderabad, India, founded in 2021. It designs and runs community carnivals and night markets inside gated communities, brand activations that put brands in front of residents, concerts and live shows, weddings and celebrations, and corporate and launch events, end to end.

Celestia Events works with two kinds of clients: residents' welfare associations (RWAs) and real-estate developers who want festivals and markets inside their gated communities, and brands that want to meet those residents face to face. It also plans concerts, weddings and corporate events. It has run 150+ events since 2021 across Hyderabad's gated communities.

### What kinds of events do you organise?

### How do we start planning?

Send the form above or message us on WhatsApp. We will set up a quick call, visit your venue or community, and come back with a plan, layout and itemised quote you can share with your committee or team.

### What does an event cost?

It depends on the format, scale and production you want. Community markets can often be partly or fully offset by stall fees and brand sponsorships. Every quote we send is itemised, so you can see exactly where the budget goes.

### We are an RWA. What do you need from us?

A date, a space and the association’s go-ahead. We handle vendor curation, layout, power, lighting, promotion inside the community and the clean-up, and we keep one point of contact with your committee throughout.

### How can our brand participate in community events?

Tell us your audience and goals. We will suggest the right communities and formats, from a single booth to a multi-community roadshow, and handle design, fabrication, staffing and a post-event report.

### Do you work outside Hyderabad?

Hyderabad is home, but we travel for destination weddings, brand tours and special projects.

### Can you help promote our event?

Yes. We use lift-lobby screens, posters, community WhatsApp groups and Instagram, then capture photos, films and drone reels on the day, so the event keeps working afterwards too.

### How far in advance should we book?

As early as you can. A few weeks is comfortable for community carnivals and activations, and weddings and concerts need longer. We have delivered on tighter timelines too, so just ask.
